Sonya Broner – Level Up Your Music Experience!

Sonya Broner Sonya Broner, also known by her stage name Level Up, is a prominent dubstep producer and DJ. She started her career as a battle DJ in Los Angeles and later moved to Brooklyn, New York, where she studied under master turntablist Rob Swift. Broner transitioned to DJing electronic music after four years of turntablism, particularly drawn to dubstep due to artists like Rusko, Caspa, and Skream, and the emotional depth of live performances by Porter Robinson. Broner’s latest EP, “Seance,” released in September 2023, features haunting build-ups, intricate synths, and powerful basslines that resonate with listeners.1 She is recognized for her unique sound, which includes heavy wubs, wobbly bass, and tricky double drops, creating a distinctive skull-shattering bass music experience.1 Broner is also known for her collaborations, with over 71 collaborators listed on Muso.AI, and she is in the top 2% of songwriters. In addition to her musical career, Broner is married to fellow producer and DJ Jesse Kardon, better known as Subtronics.8 They got married on October 1, 2023.
